I am a World War 2 veteran, also TPI, in WA.

Yesterday I was chatting to Wilson Tuckey at the Perth races. He told me that you are a very competent caring person and just the right person for the job. This was very pleasing to hear. The man you replaced was very poorly regarded by the Veteran community. His nickname was "Minister for Monuments". It seems that the only thing he was good at was opening new monuments. The Veteran community received lots of promises but no action.

I sure I speak on behalf all Veterans in WA when we wish you the best of good luck and success in your new position.

You have no idea of how it feels to have a caring type person looking after our interests, instead of the feeling of utter frustration which we have had for the last 3 years.
