With the announcement below I would like to enquire if these service people, like those service in Afghanistan, are covered under the VEA.
HMAS Manoora and HMAS Newcastle as well as a detachment from the 16th Air Defence Regiment departed from the Garden Island Naval Base in Sydney for Perth, en route to the Arabian Gulf where they will assist in maritime interception operations.
